Description: In this program, you will build the foundations of scientific inquiry by exploring a topic with your mentor through a structured literature review. You will learn how to design a science project, critically analyse existing research, and develop the skills needed to formulate clear, critical research questions. This experience will also introduce you to the first steps of solving real-world problems through structured inquiry, analytical thinking, and evidence-based reasoning, providing a solid foundation for more advanced research in the future.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Grades and Academic Excellence: You must be in the top 10% of your class based on recent academic performance. For instance, you should have a minimum of 90% aggregate or equivalent grades in your recent assessments.
  • Proficiency in English: You should demonstrate good English proficiency. This can be assessed through standardized tests like TOEFL or IELTS OR be fluent (read/write) in English.
  • Recommendation Letter: A letter from a teacher or school official highlighting your academic achievements and potential.
  • Personal Statement: A short statement outlining your academic goals, achievements, and how the scholarship will benefit your educational journey.
